BELLAMONT GAS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PTY LTD

Our Gas infrastructure division was established to reduce reliance on foreign operators and allow South Africa to retain greater control over its energy assets and the value chains. Furthermore, South Africa's reliance on aging infrastructure and overburdened coal-fired power stations, presents a pressing need for more private-sector-led companies to enter the energy space, where new entrants can catalyse investment, technological advancement, and regional energy development, thereby supporting reliable energy supply and economic growth across sectors. As the country embarks on the road to discover alternative energy through the establishment of a Just Energy Transition, with this comes an urgent need to establish a South African-owned infrastructure entity capable of developing and maintaining critical energy infrastructure in partnership with global investors and engineering firms.
